Our returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange the items within the exchange/return period i.e. 3 days in the following circumstances:
- If the product delivered to you is damaged (Not applicable for edible items or consumable open items)
- The product delivered to you is different from the product that was ordered.
- For the above situations, Customer shall immediately intimate us about such damage and/or defect and/ or difference and we shall arrange for the replacement of the product or refund of price of the product.
- Caninkart support team will provide the customer with shipping label which the customer needs to take the printout and hand it over to the delivery executive.
- Caninkart shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of the items if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
- During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. Please ensure product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.
Please ensure that you have the original item available with you at the same address which has been selected for delivery of the exchange item.
The refund will be initiated once we receive the product(s) and will be processed within 7 working days.
